THE EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

Small habits. Beautiful difference.

01

Last on. First off.

Let skincare and fragrance dry before adding jewelry. Take your pieces off before swimming, showering, exercise or sleep.

02

Keep it gentle.

A soft cloth goes a long way. Choose a cleaning method that suits your stone and finish, and leave harsh chemicals out of the routine.

03

A space of their own.

Give each piece its own soft pouch or lined compartment. Fasten necklaces before storing to help prevent tangles.

THE GENTLE APPROACH

Silver & gold vermeil

A soft cloth is your everyday essential.

  • Gently wipe with a clean, soft, non-abrasive cloth after wearing.
  • Use a silver polishing cloth only on unplated silver; keep abrasive polish away from gold vermeil.
  • Apply perfume and skincare first, and let them dry before putting on your jewelry.
  • Store in a dry, lined compartment or soft pouch; avoid chemical dips and harsh cleaners.

For pieces with more than one material, follow the care instructions for the most delicate component.

A MOMENT FOR YOUR JEWELRY

Your end-of-day ritual.

A simple reset before your favorite pieces rest for the night.

  1. Silver jewelry on a ceramic tray beside a ring and a jeweler's loupe.

    Remove & check

Take off your jewelry and check clasps and settings. If a stone feels loose or a prong catches, set the piece aside for inspection.

  2. Silver pendant necklace beside a soft jewelry cleaning cloth.

    Wipe & dry

Gently wipe with a soft cloth. If your material guide recommends a damp cloth, use it lightly and dry the piece straight away.

  3. Pendant necklace and ring in a lined cream jewelry box beside a soft pouch.

    Store & rest

Once completely dry, place each piece in its own pouch or lined compartment. Keep your jewelry somewhere cool and dry.

GOOD TO KNOW

The little questions.

Everyday answers to help you enjoy your jewelry with confidence.

Ask our care team
Can I shower or swim in my jewelry?

We recommend taking jewelry off first. Soap, pool chemicals and repeated moisture exposure can affect some stones and finishes. Make putting your jewelry on the final step of your routine.

What should I do if silver tarnishes?

For unplated sterling silver, use a suitable silver polishing cloth with a gentle touch. For gold vermeil, antique finishes or pieces with gemstones, ask our team before using a polish or dip.

Can I use an ultrasonic cleaner at home?

Check with a jeweler first. Steam and ultrasonic cleaning can damage some gemstones, treatments or settings. When you are unsure, use a soft cloth and follow the material guide.

When should I arrange a professional inspection?

If a stone moves, a clasp stops closing securely or a prong catches on clothing, stop wearing the piece and have it checked. Our care team can help you decide on the next step.
