Ordering and payment
Review your pieces, options, delivery details and total before placing an order. Orders are charged in USD. You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe’s secure payment page; amounts shown in other currencies are estimates, and your card issuer converts at its own rate. Preparation begins after your payment is confirmed.
Your account
You can check out or send a custom jewelry request without signing in. If your email is new to AMU GEMS, checkout or your request creates an account using that email so you can return to your orders and requests. We email a link to choose your own password. The link is valid for 30 days and can reset your password once; after that you can request a new one with “Forgot password”. Keep the email private. If an account already exists, its password stays unchanged.
Delivery and returns
Review our shipping information and return policy, along with any shipping or return conditions shown for your piece.
Order communications
We use the contact and delivery information you provide to process your order and send account, payment and delivery updates. Newsletter emails are a separate, optional choice. For help with an order or account, contact customer care.
